Over the past month, we had a few web hosting issues, but are now moving to Webhostingchoice web hosting .
The company seems to be a little more solid compared to most hosting companies and since we got a special deal, we are so far more than happy.
Thanks for your patience!

Tomorrow will be my first attempt at speaking in front of a large audience. Needless to say I am nervous, but also excited to reveal the hard work and interesting results from the Military Advantage and BuzzLogic Case study. If you are attending Search Engine Strategies San Jose, do come check it out.

Social Media Analysis and Tracking
Social Search can be used to drive traffic, conversions, and increase ROI by monitoring conversations happening in cyberspace, often in real time. By using buzz monitoring tools such as Buzzlogic, search professions can be very effective in finding influencer’s within online conversations and reaching out to them. As one example of a few that will be presented, learn how Military.com leverages social media and buzz monitoring tools, together with a solid understanding of business goals, to increase profitability.

Hello - I wanted to start out this journey by sharing a little about myself and why I have decided to blog. My name is Breanna Wigle and I am a marketing manager at Military Advantage. Military Advantage is an Internet company the provides the benefits of service to over 10 million sevicemembers and their families. In my role as a Marketing Manager I am responsible for implementing, maintaining and analyzing our business metrics.
I find it amusing that my job has anything to do with numbers because I always struggled with math in school. I am dyslexic, so I never felt like I “got math.” While I currently do not have any advertising on this site, it is in the works. I plan on donating all proceeds from advertising to a local dyslexic charity, so other kids can get the help they need to get through math and see that you can be analytical even with dyslexia.
This blog is dedicated to all those that don’t get math. Whether it’s because numbers are Greek, you haven’t had to think about statistical analysis since high school, or you’re just wondering how to get started this blog is for you. I hope to use this blog as a forum to share ideas, tools, concepts and solutions based on my experience as a practitioner of web analytics.
Thank You,
Breanna
